We pride ourselves on putting the leading voices from the Car Paint industry onstage at our congresses. We’re always looking to collaborate with more Auto OEMs and global paint materials, equipment and turn-key solution providers to create engaging content for our SURCAR Global community members.

Please note a few guidelines before completing the Call-For-Papers Form to apply to speak at SURCAR congresses 2026:

Who is eligible?

SURCAR is the key meeting place for experts in car body finishing, surface treatment, and coating. If your team has innovative solutions or advancements in cost-saving, flexible processes, productivity, or sustainability, SURCAR is for you! Speakers include leading global car manufacturers, suppliers, and renowned research institutions.

How are the Papers selected?

Papers are reviewed by a prestigious International Committee of leading OEMs and suppliers, assessing their industrial relevance and impact. To ensure a thorough evaluation, it’s essential to provide detailed information in your submission, focusing on test results, data, applicability, and benefits.

There are no pay-to-play speaking opportunities.

The committee reminds speakers the presentations should be technical, please avoid purely commercial presentations as there will likely be declined.

Preference will be given to detailed Technical papers on:

Joint presentations between the OEM and Supplier
First-hand presentation
Real life Paintshop experience sharing
Focus on Technical innovation
Follow-up from previous SURCAR Congress presentations
Interesting papers refused because of agenda at previous events

By submitting a paper, you agree to:

Register for the conference: the Speaker Rate of EUR 1045 applies – 45% discount of standard rate).
Present in person during any session assigned by the committee, between September 16–17, 2026.
