Who Is Eligible? 

SURCAR is the premier global forum for experts in car body finishing, surface treatment, and coating. If your team is pioneering innovations in cost-saving, flexible processes, productivity, or sustainability, this is your platform. Our speakers represent the world's leading automotive manufacturers, top-tier suppliers, and renowned research institutions.

How Are Speakers Selected?

All speaker proposals are reviewed by our prestigious international committee, composed of leading OEMs and suppliers, who assess each submission for industrial relevance and potential impact. To ensure a thorough evaluation, please include detailed information on test results, data, applicability, and benefits.

Important Guidelines for Speaker Submissions

SURCAR maintains a strict no pay-to-play policy. Selection is based solely on technical merit and industrial relevance.

The committee reserves the right to decline presentations that are purely commercial in nature. All submissions should demonstrate technical depth and substantive content.

Preference Is given to:

  • Joint presentations between OEMs and suppliers
  • First-hand accounts and direct experiences
  • Real-world paintshop case studies
  • Technical innovations and breakthroughs
  • Follow-up presentations building on previous SURCAR contributions
  • Interesting papers refused because of agenda at previous events 
  • High-quality papers previously declined due to agenda limitations

Before You Submit 
By submitting a proposal, you agree to the following:
  • Register for the conference at the SPEAKER RATE of EUR 1,045 (a 45% discount off the standard rate)
  • Present in person during the session assigned by the committee, taking place September 16–17, 2026
